Working Well promotes and protects the health and wellbeing of working people. We provide independent advice to both managers and employees on the health of individuals at work, the working environment, health risks associated with the workplace and any occupational implications.

2gether NHS Foundation Trust

Working Well are part of 2gether NHS Foundation Trust, a NHS Mental Health Trust based in Gloucestershire. We however provide services for clients throughout the South West.

NHS Plus

Working Well became a member of NHS Plus in 2007. NHS Plus is a Department of Health (DH) led network of NHS occupational health (OH) services across England, supplying quality services to industry, commerce, and the public sector, with a focus on Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs). The NHS Plus project aims to improve the provision of occupational health services to NHS staff and in turn increase the availability and consistency of NHS Plus services to SMEs.
