If you know that your employer uses our Counselling Service then please contact us on our main number to arrange your first counselling session. If you are unsure whether you can access this Service please contact your Human Resources team who will advise you whether this is available to you. Alternatively if you would rather not speak to HR about seeking counselling, contact Working Well on our main number, giving us the name of your employer. If we cannot help you ourselves, we may be able to tell you who provides counselling for your organisation and how to access them.
