Working Well have released an interim ‘New Employee Health Screening Questionnaire’ on their new look website today.

Chris Woon, Service Director of Working Well said “We hope that this, along with internal client reviews of recruitment processes will ensure immediate compliance with the new Equality Act 2010. This must remain our priority and we are working hard to update our systems appropriately so that our users receive a consistent experience. Although it has been difficult to react as quickly as we have, we are proud that we have managed to develop a working model in such a short timescale”.
The service intends to promote a permanent solution, likely to be a ‘health declaration’ model in the coming weeks.
